The Kiddie Kruisers CT Party Protection Plan ("Plan") covers accidental damage to Powerwheels ride-on cars that occurs during the covered party session.
The Plan is available as an optional add-on to Classic and Plus birthday party bookings only. Must be purchased before the party starts. The optional waiver must be signed in person at arrival before coverage activates.
Accidental bumps, scrapes, and collision damage to ride-on car body panels, bumpers, wheels, and mechanical components caused during the party session by normal play activities.
The Plan does not cover: (a) intentional or willful damage; (b) damage to sandbox equipment, play zone items, craft supplies, or venue fixtures; (c) damage reported after guests have left the venue; (d) pre-existing damage noted before the party began.
Notify Kiddie Kruisers CT staff of any damage before leaving the venue at the conclusion of your party. Damage reported after departure is not eligible for coverage.
The Plan covers repair or replacement costs at the sole discretion of Kiddie Kruisers CT management. The maximum coverage is the reasonable cost to repair or replace the damaged equipment.
The Plan applies to the specific party booking it was purchased for and cannot be transferred to another booking or date.
